Since 2010 SP-Insulation started in East Malaysia Sarawak over 6 years experience
installation liner material in the most cars internal interior panels
today. SP-Insulation has created their crafted product called "SP Liner" to perform better
noise/vibration deadeners to acheive the consumers DIY need.
SP Liner is a crafted cut
lightweight elastomeric closed cell liner and butyl with aluminum layer
to reduce metal vibration, reduce unwanted noise, reduce heat entering cabin,
and improve audio sound.
SP Liner size: 16″
x 24″ x 1/4″ material has the highest heat blocking
properties
Applications:
SP Liner can be cut to shape and
place it on the inner interior panels surface such as dashboard, firewall,
floor, trunks, roof, doors, bonnets and locate thinner-soft metal panels likely
to create vibration in automobiles and even home appliances, or many other
objects that suffer from vibration-produced noise.
Installation:
Use ruler, cutter, or scissors to cut SP Liner to the desired
size and shape before removing the peel seal (SP Liner is self-adhesive) Must
remove dust, grease, moisture, and other dirt debris from the application
surface. Peel off the seal, attach it to surface and press the liner firmly
into place.
